The activities of the “First Gallo International Exhibition for Dates and their Industries” were launched in the city of Gallo, with the participation of Egypt and Algeria.
According to WAL Agency, “The exhibition contains Egyptian-made products from Al-Nawares Company for Commercial Agencies and Export for combating pests harmful to fruit trees.”
A representative of the Egyptian Al-Nawares Company confirmed that “the offered fertilizers are manufactured in Egypt, are of high quality, and have great effectiveness in increasing the success rates of crops.”
He stated that “Egypt is one of the countries that exports organic and chemical fertilizers, such as urea, which is widely used due to its benefit to plants.”
According to the agency, “The sister country of Algeria participated in the exhibition, presenting products extracted from plant and tree oils used in treatment.”
The representative of the State of Algeria at the exhibition, Hussein Mabhout, said: “We are using this occasion to display national products, which are plant extracts and oils that we use to treat many diseases, including irritable bowel syndrome, joint pain, and sinus pain.”
Mabhout explained, “All products used in medicine and public health care are subject to laboratory analysis before being displayed, adding that these products have natural properties that contribute to recovery from many diseases.”
It is noteworthy that “Libya’s oases are full of about ten million palm trees that produce the finest types of dates in the Arab world, and their annual production of dates is 250 thousand tons.”
