Within three months .. Air India will take the first step

New Delhi: The Tata Group, which has acquired Air India, has begun work to ease the pay gap imposed on employees during the Corona general strike.

Within three months of the acquisition of debt-ridden Air India, the Tata Group’s commitment to adjusting employee payrolls has been receiving praise from various quarters.

Companies including Indigo and Vistara have begun the process of partially reimbursing their employees’ payrolls during the Corona disaster.

Air India pilots have recently demanded a revision of their payrolls as the number of passengers has touched pre-disaster levels.

Accepting this, Air India has promised to make changes in the payroll in the coming months.
