A normalizing and integrative path

Doing the Camino de Santiago for mental health, as well as the other recreational and sporting activities organized by Saúde Mental FEAFES Galicia, helps improve the quality of life of people with mental health problems and their families, as it allows them to break away from the daily routine, carry out physical activity in a recreational perspective, enrich oneself culturally, socialize and integrate into society. At the same time, it allows families a break in their caregiving duties. Furthermore, with this initiative, the Galician federation aims to show society a normalized and inclusive image of people with mental health problems, actively combating the negative stereotypes and false prejudices associated with this group.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”130113″ img_size=”full” onclick=”link_image” css=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_btn title=”VOLVER A NOTICIAS” style=”gradient-custom” gradient_custom_color_1=”#ffffff” gradient_custom_color_2=”#ffffff” gradient_text_color=”#005b50″ shape=”square” align=”center” i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-chevron-circle-left” add_icon=”true” link=”url:%2Fnoticias%2F|title:NOTICIAS||”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
