This is what Yordanka Fandakova wrote on Facebook. At the invitation of the mayor of Vratsa, Kalin Kamenov, she participated in an organizational meeting for the creation of a regional educational center in Vratsa.
My personal commitment is that this project will receive financial and administrative support from the state and that it will be a reality within a few years. Prepared young people and good personnel attract investors, and this is the way for the development of Northwestern Bulgaria, said Fandakova, who is the leader of the list of GERB-SDS in the capital’s 24th MIR.

🟢 Vratsa is the municipality that is already ready with a project for a regional educational center. The emphasis is on information technology and energy, which is a key sector for the region and with the construction of new units of the Kozloduy NPP.
👉 It is not without ambition that the mayor Kalin Kamenov named it the “Center for Energy Development and New Sciences” (CERNN). In addition to a secondary technological school with profiles in information technology and energy, it also includes university affiliates, campuses and places for business development.
🟢 For projects like this to come to fruition, they need a stable regular government and a long horizon. This is the commitment with which we from GERB-SDS appear in these elections. We have all become convinced that with official and short unstable governments, we cannot achieve the big goals for our country.

The partnership between the municipality, the ministries of education and energy, Kozloduy NPP, Sofia University “St. Cl. Ohridski”, Technical University, Dobroslav Dimitrov from the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASCOM) and representatives of dozens of technological forms.
