After the strong floods that hit part of Greece, dozens of fields where animals graze have been affected. In this way, due to lack of food, a flock of sheep sneaked into a greenhouse and devoured more than 100 kilos of cannabis that was grown for medicinal purposes. It was the shepherd of the sheep who observed strange behavior in his animals.

Those responsible for the crop are perplexed by what happened. “I don’t know whether to laugh or cry,” declared the owner of the plantation to the Greek newspaper ‘Thenewpaper.gr’, after seeing that the sheep had eaten everything. As if this fact were not enough, this man laments the heat wave that also affected his plantation, which was reduced by half. “And now a flock has eaten the remains,” he complained.

Thus, he also regretted that the heat wave had also affected the plantation, which had been reduced by half, “and now the flock has eaten the remains.”

Storm Daniel affected, according to data from the University of Agronomists of Athens, more than 80,000 hectares of the 300,000 hectares that occupy the Thessaly plateau.
