The outbreak of gun violence claimed another victim in the Rivière-des-Prairies area of Montreal. The body of a victim in his thirties shot and found on the ground on Sunday.
The 30-year-old man had already succumbed to his injuries when the police arrived shortly after noon. He was lying near a vehicle on the 7e Avenue, near boulevard Maurice-Duplessis.
The Montreal police give few details on this case. The exact circumstances of the homicide are currently unknown, explains agent Caroline Chèvrefils, spokesperson for the Service de police de Montréal (SPVM).
