India is celebrating its 75th Independence Day today. A special poster of Prithviraj’s Kappa has been released with Happy Independence Day. The film is directed by Shaji Kailas. Shaji Kailas himself released the poster.
The name of the character played by Prithviraj is ‘Kotta Madhu’. Prithviraj is in a mass look as ‘Kotta Madhu’ in the film. Aparna Balamurali is the heroine of the film. Asif Ali also plays an important role.
The film is based on the novel ‘Shankhumukhi’ written by GR Indugopan. Indu Gopan himself is writing the screenplay of the film. The film is being produced in collaboration with FEFKE Writers’ Union by Theater of Dreams, started in partnership with Ginu Abraham, Dolvin Kuriakos and Dileesh Nair. ‘Kappa’ is the film that was announced to be directed by Venu.
Shaji Kailas and Prithviraj’s latest film ‘Katuva’ was a hit at the theatres. Thanks to the response of the film ‘Katuva’, Prithviraj came to the scene. ‘You become a hunter only till the moment he stops running and turns around. From that moment you become a victim. Thanks for the great responses,” Prithviraj wrote on social media. Later, many people came to the stage to wish the star. Shaji Kailas also thanked the audience. ‘Thanks. Prithviraj is acting as ‘Kaduvakunnel Kuruvachan’. Produced by Prithviraj Productions and Listyn Stephen’s Magic Frames. ‘Katuva’ is also written by Jinu Abraham, director of Adam John and screenwriter of ‘London Bridge’ and ‘Masters’. Sai Kumar, Siddique, Janardhanan, Vijayaraghavan, Aju Varghese, Harishree Asokan, Rahul Madhav, Kochupreman, Samyukta Menon, Seema, Priyanka etc. Vivek Oberoi plays the role of DIG as the villain in the film. The film’s music is composed by Jakes Bijoy.
