In Bulgaria, a plan to change the electoral law is making waves. The change is supported by the leading party, Gerb, and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, which have a reputation for corruption. The point is that the elections should again be carried out with paper ballots and not electronically. Gerb boss Gojko Borissov justified the attempt to change the electoral law by saying that “his voters” wanted it that way.
