Karthi is acting in the movie ‘Viruman’ directed by Muthiah. Aditi Shankar, Suri, Bharathiraja, Prakashraj and others have acted.
Composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the film will hit the theaters on August 12. Recently the music and trailer launch of the film was held in Madurai. Snegan had expressed his anguish that the singers were not invited. After this, the lyricists were invited to the press meet of the film crew.
In this case, singer Rajalakshmi first sang the song ‘Madura Veeran Aghula’ which was released as the second song of the film in the voice of Yuvan – Aditi. But the song has been released in Aditi’s voice. Rajalakshmi has given an explanation for the criticism that Rajalakshmi was fired and Aditi was made to sing because she was Shankar’s daughter.
Rajalakshmi said, “I have no regrets. Aditi has sung the song well. My voice may not have been set. Aditi could have been replaced for that. Aditi’s singing at the audio launch was good. I am happy that they have given a chance to the right people,” said Rajalakshmi.
