After the first T20, Afghanistan lost in the second one as well. They lost the three-match series one match earlier.
Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 187 runs for 6 wickets in Dambulla on Monday night (February 19). In response, the Afghans were bowled out for just 115 runs in 17 overs. Sri Lanka secured the series win by 72 runs.

Afghanistan’s Azmatullah Omarzai and Mohammad Nabi took 2 wickets each. Mathews was the man of the match by showing all-round skill with bat and ball.
