Today, Thursday, the professional player in the Swedish club Vartan lk, Hanin Munir, became available too represent the Iraqi women’s outdoor soccer team.
The head of the women’s Committee in the Iraqi Football Federation, Nibras Kamel, said in a statement – received by the (INA): “The player, Haneen Munir, attended and completed all the procedures for obtaining the national card officially.”
She added, “Today we met with the player, her father, and her uncle, in the presence of Rasha Talib, a member of the federation’s executive office and supervisor of the women’s committee, and in the presence of the coach of the junior women’s team, Ali Hassan, and they discussed many matters that serve women’s football and the upcoming upcoming participations.”
Kamel expressed her thanks to brigadier General Samir, the national card official, for his efforts and facilitating the procedures for the player to obtain the national card and then the Iraqi passport, indicating, “It is hoped that she will represent the junior girls’ national outdoor team in the future.”
