Although the 21st round of the Euroleague only opened tonight (Thursday), the most prestigious enterprise in European basketball has already provided us with two tremendous dramas. As an opening we got a tremendous thriller in the Spanish Clasico, which ended with a great victory for the Blancos in a thriller. Later, we received our legionnaires at the factory, Yuval Sussman and Tamir Blatt, who together with Elba Berlin recorded their third loss in a row in the Euroleague when they surrendered to Valencia 94:88 at home.
Alba Berlin – Valencia 94:88

Once again, the Spanish classic provided us with tremendous drama, even though in the end the one who came out with the upper hand was the white team from Madrid, mainly Gabriel Dak (23 points), Sergio Yui (19 points) and Dejanan Moussa (18 points) , who led the Blancos to victory despite a bad second half. On the other hand, although the Blaugrana were on their way to a heroic comeback in the second half, Nikola Mirotic’s 17 points did not prevent Barca from a third loss in five games.
Panathinaikos – Zhelgiris Kovna 65:89
Although the team from Athens recorded a surprising victory over the Lithuanians, who are firmly at the top, what Greece will remember from the game is the second half in which they defeated the visitor 23:62 – the highest difference in one half in the history of the Euroleague. Despite a tremendous second half, the Greeks recorded a first half in which they actually scored fewer points than in the third quarter alone. On the other hand, the Lithuanians also recorded similar statistics, when during the entire second half they scored less than the first quarter.
