Anju Bobby George wins Best Female Award!

Anju Bobby George from the state of Kerala is an outstanding Indian athlete. He competed in the long jump at the 2003 World Athletics Championships in Paris and won a bronze medal in the 6.70 meters, adding to India’s pride.

He subsequently won a gold medal at the 2005 Athletics Championships. Proud to be the first athlete to win a medal in India. And with only one kidney, he participated in the athletics and knocked off the medal and surprised everyone.

Not only did he achieve this but he also made a serious effort to ensure that all women like himself would participate in sports and win. He also runs his own academy, through which he coaches many athletes to compete at international level.

She has also been honored with the ‘THE WOMEN OF THE YEAR’ Award 2021 for her outstanding contribution to social change in the country and for inspiring many young women. He tweeted on his Twitter page, “I am proud to have received such a high award and thank you for recognizing my initiative.”
