“After the publication in one of the federal media of material about an unreasonable increase in prices for the new generation Lada Vesta, an operational check was launched against three dealerships in Moscow – Avtogermes, Torgmash and Tekhinkom. Starting June 10, the shipment of new Lada Vesta cars will be suspended for companies that own these dealerships,” AvtoVAZ said.
The company’s message says that if the results of the audit reveal violations of dealer agreements, sanctions will be applied to partners. Among them: the reduction of quotas for the supply of cars or the termination of the contract with the dealer.
The company reminded that if the dealer refuses to sell the car at the recommended retail price, you need to report this to the AvtoVAZ hotline or write to the company’s vice president for sales and marketing, Dmitry Kostromin. His contacts can be found by the QR code, which is in every dealership.
Verification started after the material in “Autonews” – edition figured outthat the minimum possible purchase price of Lada Vesta was 1.7 million rubles. The inflated price was explained by the shortage of cars.
