A concert was held in the Chamber and Organ Music Hall of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev in Baku as part of the “Gənclərə dəstək” (Youth Support) project, Day.Az reports.
In the evening, laureates of republican and international competitions Leyla Adygezalzade, Saida Adygezalzade, Aliya Guliyeva, Farida Nazarova, Adel Garakhanly, Jahid Babazade, Farrin Sultanova, Selin Iskenderli, Maryam Babanly, Ailin Abdullayeva, Shams performed in the evening accompanied by a small ensemble of the Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra named after Gara Garayev. Akhmedova, Ophelia Almaszade, Imran Mamedzade, Rugia Mardanova, Dilbar Asadova, Khadija Nazarova, Ayan Askerova, Magsud Aliyev, Ayan Musaeva, Asma Babazade, Said Mahmudov, Ailin Babazade, Nigar Osmanova, Javid Mamedov, Suleiman Babaev, Zahra Almaszade, Kemal Akhundov, Lyman Abdullayeva, Ragima Gafarly, Barlas Chelebioglu, Nurdzhan Jafarova, Amin Buniyatov, Safi Rzaly, Eldzhan Manafly, Zumrud Alizade, Ertogrul Balaev and the children’s choir of Children’s Music School No. 12 named after Tofik Gulieva (artistic director Nigar Talybova).
The program featured works by Azerbaijani, Russian and Western European composers.
Young musicians performed works by famous composers with incredible enthusiasm. Beautiful music and bright sound captivated all the listeners present in the hall.
Let us remind you that “Gənclərə dəstək” is a project implemented by the State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev. The main objective of the project is to identify and support young talents in Azerbaijan. The author of the project idea and its artistic director is the director of the Philharmonic, People’s Artist of Azerbaijan, professor, famous pianist Murad Adigezalzade, the project coordinator is the deputy director of the Philharmonic Ayla Kerimova-Zakaria.
