Lukashenka’s Foreign Ministry is threatening to withdraw his application for membership in the Council of Europe. This was stated by the press secretary of the Foreign Ministry Anatoly Glaz.
“If the Council of Europe and the West continue the destructive line towards the Belarusian state, the Republic of Belarus will withdraw its application to join this structure and continue to review the remaining formats of relations with the Council of Europe,” the statement says. Anatolia Glaz.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry did not like the results of the Council of Europe summit in Iceland. Recall that earlier the organization stopped cooperation with the official Minsk, instead developing cooperation with the Belarusian democratic forces.
