Eight people were killed in a blast at Myanmar’s largest prison in Yangon.
On Wednesday, when staff were sorting through the parcels that had arrived at the prison, the explosives reportedly exploded.
A total of 8 people including prison officials and visitors who came to see the prisoners were killed and 18 people were seriously injured.
Myanmar’s military opposition group claimed responsibility for the attack.
