Chennai: The 192nd Incarnation Day of Ayya Vaikunda Swami and the launch of Sanatana History Book by Vaikunda Swami, the Avatar of Lord Vishnu, took place yesterday at the Governor’s House, Chennai. Governor Ravi released the letter and said:
Christianity came to India before reaching Europe. Some outsiders tried to destroy the principle that all are equal according to Sanatana Dharma of our country.
Rama, Krishna, Vallalar, Ayya Vaikunda Narayanan etc. took avatars whenever Sanatana Dharma was affected. The East India Company, initially engaged only in trade, conquered the province of Bengal in 1757. Though diverse in language, food, culture and traditions, India was a country of unity in diversity. People lived in unity based on the principle of Sanatana.
This unity was a great challenge for the East India Company to subjugate India. British government decided to enslave India and destroy Sanatana Dharma, just as it enslaved various countries like America and Canada.
To rule India, the British government made Christian conversion a policy. In 1813, Caldwell, G. U. Pope and others who did not finish school were sent to India. Caldwell’s book on Dravidian languages was fake. In the province of Madras, people were converted to Christianity. Already, schools running here were closed.
During their rule, the British were engaged in the work of eradicating dharma. In 1830, the British government brought a new law to destroy Sanatana and spread Christianity in India.
In 1839, 90,000 people of Madras Province signed and surrendered to the British government against the actions of the British government. They protested the conversion of children to Christianity and the British policy of converting children into schools. Prime Minister Modi is working to make Ayya Vaigunder’s dream come true.
