Ahmed explained that “the decision to punish the player, Mohamed Khudair, is aimed at directing the player and training him to control his emotions,” indicating that the player refused to implement the coach’s decision to substitute and refrained from leaving the field and wanted to continue the match that brought the team together with the Air Force, and this is considered bad behavior and an incorrect situation, so we decided Punishing him financially by deducting one million dinars from the player’s salary and depriving him of participating in one match.”
Ahmed pointed out that “the group we deal with are emerging and young players, and they are emotional and lack experience, so it is necessary to direct them to the right path,” pointing out that “the educational aspect is one of the priorities of his work, indicating that he believes in the principle of reward and punishment in order to raise the level of the team.” .
