The Space Technology Conference (STC2024), which will bring together space industry leaders from the Central Asian region, will be held in Baku next year.
As Day.Az reports with reference to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, this was announced at the third meeting of the heads of space agencies of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
At the meeting it was said that, taking into account the experience of holding a global event in the space field, the next meeting of space agencies next year will be held in Baku.
It should be noted that the current conference, which is being held for the third time, is organized by the Turkish Space Agency. Within the framework of the conference, the third meeting of the heads of space agencies of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States began. Representatives of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and the observer country Hungary are taking part in the meeting.
