The World Health Organization has warned that the new corona wave is spreading rapidly in Europe and the United States, and the death toll is increasing.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus gave an interview to the media yesterday in Geneva. Then he said:
The prevalence of Omicron virus strains is increasing in European countries and the United States, and the death toll is increasing. Hence, people should ensure that they go out wearing masks regularly. The rising death toll from the new wave is alarming.

In European countries, only strains of corona, PA4 and PA5, are spreading. People who were paralyzed with various restrictions for the last 2 years are now participating in various programs in large numbers. Due to this, the spread of Omicron virus strains is increasing.
According to the Office for National Statistics, 21 lakh people or one in 25 people have been infected with Corona in England alone. Even if a person is already infected with corona, he also gets infected with the new virus. There is no seriousness due to vaccination

But the rapid spread of new strains of Omicron in European countries and the United States is worrying. Therefore, European countries and the United States should continue to follow corona safety procedures.
More worried about Omicron’s PA.5 virus. However, there is no evidence that the PA.5 virus is as virulent as the existing Omicron virus.
The spread of the virus is intense despite following many restrictions and increased surveillance to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
