Klaus Otto Nagorsnik, the popular hunter on the show “Gefragt – Gejagt”, has died unexpectedly, as the ARD has announced.
Dortmund – Klaus Otto Nagorsnik is dead. This was announced by the public broadcaster ARD. Nagorsnik was 68 years old. The Münsterland native, who worked in the Münster city library before retiring, became known as a hunter in the popular quiz show “Gefragt – Gejagt” on Erste.

As ARD announced in a press release, Klaus Otto Nagorsnik died unexpectedly. Further details are not yet known. In addition to his job as a librarian and hunter on “Gefragt – Gejagt”, Nagorsnik was a well-known face in the quiz world and was able to win many titles at various championships.

Alexander Bommes, presenter of the quiz show “Gefragt – GeJagt”, announced in a statement: “With Klaus Otto Nagorsnik, we are losing a role model of authenticity, education and joy of life. I admired him and really enjoyed playing and laughing with him. The hunt will continue for him too.”

It says: “With Klaus Otto Nagorsnik we are losing a great quizzer with a high level of education who was as familiar with the Iliad as he was with BVB in all its facets. The ‘Gefragt-Gejagt’ team had become his second family over the years and his assignments on the Jägerstuhl were celebrations for him that gave him the chance to make full use of his wealth of knowledge, but also his Westphalian humor and charm. We are losing a fine person with a great sense of justice. We will miss Klaus Otto Nagorsnik deeply. See you soon in the big library, dear KO!”
New season of “Asked – Hunted” – deceased hunter Klaus Otto Nagorsnik will be seen
The new season of “Gefragt – Gejagt”, for which Klaus Otto Nagorsnik was still in front of the camera, will be broadcast on Erste from May 13, 2024. According to ARD, the total of 95 new episodes will be shown on TV “in memory of him”. Fans of the popular hunter still have the opportunity to see the deceased a few last times.
