Thiruvananthapuram: The government will hold discussions with the PG Doctors who are on strike today. Discussions with the Department of Health include issues such as the appointment of non-academic resident doctors and the increase in stipend. As the strike enters its 14th day, the government is making a timely effort. Earlier, the government had said it would not discuss the issue. However, after the PG doctors and the house surgeons went on strike, the government relaxed its stance.
