Coconut- one cup (grated)

Sugar- 250 grams

Cardamom powder- one spoon

Clean and grate the carrot. Then place a pan on the stove and add ghee to it, add grated carrot and sugar and stir well. Once the sugar melts well and the carrots are cooked, add grated coconut to it.
