On the night of October 7th there was a police operation on Pietro Lombardi and his girlfriend Laura Maria Rypa. Two and a half weeks have passed since then. Only now has the musician spoken in detail for the first time about the headlines of the past few weeks and the allegations of violence. He takes a stand in a seven-minute video.
The 32-year-old said on Instagram: “There’s nothing to sugarcoat. Because I was a real asshole. I promised Laura that I would work on my problems.” He also promises: “I will do everything to ensure that we have a strong support as a family and work on problems.”
His fiancée also shared the seven-minute statement on her Instagram story. Laura Maria Rypa wrote: “I try to be a strong woman for my family, and for me strength means not giving up immediately, but standing up and fighting. Everything that happened will not be trivialized.”
She continued: “The police were there, I went to the hospital as a routine and left it without any damage.” She doesn’t want to say anything more on the subject and instead wants to “clarify things privately”.
A few hours later, Pietro Lombardi posted another shot on his Instagram story. This time there was only a black background with the word “Family” above it and a red heart emoji. The musician and his sons can be heard in the video with the still image.
He also wrote about the story: “Today the boys are doing a bit of action. But now they’re both half asleep again.” The recording shows: Pietro Lombardi is reunited with his family after the ten-day contact ban.
Laura Maria Rypa also dedicated a post to her sons the morning after. “In their eyes I see the world, in their hearts my greatest love,” she commented on a photo that shows the 29-year-old with her two boys.
More than 40,000 people have “liked” the post and there are almost 400 comments below. “You and your three boys can do it,” commented one user. Another said: “In every healthy family there are rows, it’s part of it and better times will come.”
Pietro Lombardi and Laura Maria Rypa have been a couple for four years. The two made their relationship public in September 2020. The singer and the influencer are now engaged – and have two children together.
