The new D2 Mach 1 from Garmin is a pilot’s smartwatch with a bright, high-resolution Amoled display. The watch brings the fitness and smartwatch talents of the Fenix, has the bright display of the Epix and additional features for pilots, including an aeronautical database of airports, aviation alerts and a fuel timer. In an emergency, the D2 Mach 1 can display optimal planing speed, estimated planing distance, as well as planing time during an engine problem. In addition, the alternative airports in the vicinity are also displayed. The D2 Mach 1 is available in two versions, with a leather strap and a titanium strap, at prices of 1200 and 1300 euros.
