Start of transaction: Immediate, subject to security clearance and filling out intake forms.

Job Description:
Assistance in the ongoing professional and administrative work in the unit, including:

• Diary management and meeting coordination.
• Handling logistical issues.
• Assistance in preparing materials for discussions and meetings.
• Answering telephone inquiries to the unit from internal and external sources.
• Processing of applications received through the online form for the application of crime victims.
• Performing additional tasks according to the needs of the unit and according to the supervisor’s requirements.
