Frankfurt – Young fashion designer Samuel Gärtner (25) has decimated himself: the designer has lost a total of ten kilos in three months.
How?: “I reduced the sugar. Especially the sweet drinks. If you drink cola and the like, it’s very easy to lose two liters and not realize how many calories that was,” says Samuel. But he also pulls through a tough sports program!
Determined: Almost ten more kilos should tumble so that the designer is satisfied

The fashion designer sweats almost every day in the gym. His biggest motivation: clothes. The Frankfurt boy: “I want to fit into the things that are hanging in my closet, that are too small for me.”
In the corona pandemic, Samuel gained 15 kilos, his beloved oversized things were always tighter: “Somehow I kept gaining weight, so I knew I had to do something. But actually my best friend put me on the funnel. She took me to the gym.” Then Samuel got stuck – and the result is impressive!
“I feel much better and more comfortable,” said the 25-year-old. And he has found the perfect way to lose weight for himself, because: “I will never be able to completely do without carbohydrates. That’s not me. Hence the training program.”
Another ten kilos should tumble, then Samuel Gärtner will be satisfied. He: “Of course minus the muscles that I build up”.
