Like a little over a month ago, at the end of the day, at 6 p.m. to be precise, when the secretary general of the presidency, in a setting which imposed the roughness of power, announced the dissolution of the government, half of which tortured members, were finally recaptured, unfortunately, the same scenario was repeated again this Saturday.
Around the same time, in the middle of the day this time, at 2 p.m., on a weekend at that. This time, the all-powerful General Amara Camara spared his time and efforts to let RTG journalists make the announcement. Three Directors and their deputies are dismissed.
They are the main leaders of ANAIM, SONAP and EDG, particularly on everyone’s lips because of the lack of transparent management of the structure and the lack of efficiency of these management bosses, for this purpose, dismissed.
The decrees did not give further details on the reasons for this sudden and unexpected departure of these officials.
However, we can have the presumption that in the case of EDG and SONAP this is a matter linked to the supply of fuel oil to power the generators which are no longer running. These are the consequences of the general discontent of the other day.
Regarding ANAIM, it is perhaps a decision which sanctions accusations of corruption. Strange, however, because we are told that this service is so well managed that it is moving towards certification, which would only be a matter of months.
It seems that there are still other Directors, notably those of entities where it smells like money, who should, very soon, suffer the same fate.
The pendulum of comments then logically shifted. The disreputable echoes of the famous ministerial reshuffle are now erased by the influence of the dismissal of the Directors of these powerful State services, on the news and its tempo.
An old story suddenly combined with the present unleashes passions.
Ideological factions clash. On the one hand, and to caricature in the extreme, we are talking about a staging to polish a rather maligned management. This camp has no shortage of arguments to support its position. We invoke equally serious facts, which have remained unpunished, and a double-speed justice.
On the other side, the supporters of the Mohamed V palace, we are convinced of the general’s desire not to go idly against corruption. Not to hesitate to sanction. To win the challenge of roughness in management.
To convince the most skeptical, the boss must avoid emotional reactions which mean that there is no follow-up to strong actions. It is to ensure that the pretexts deserve the extreme sanction, which sometimes comes close to humiliation.
Winning the challenge of roughness also means daring to attack the high-flying godfathers. Difficult certainly, but not impossible.
