There is good news for families who need a place in a District school. If you did not complete the process on time or let the assigned space be released, we will tell you that the Bogota Secretary of Education has opened a new stage of applications for a school space in all grades.
The day called ‘Great enrollment in Bogotá’ will be available in schools in six towns in the city this Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26, by appointment, between 7:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon.
How to schedule the appointment?
For families interested in obtaining one of the places in the official schools, they must schedule an appointment for each student through the page of the Ministry of Education

Schools for the day of Saturday February 25
For this Saturday there will be three locations that will have this day of ‘Great registration in Bogotá’ available. Bosa, Puente Aranda and Rafael Uribe.
- Bosa: Fernando Mazuera IED School (Calle 68A Sur # 80H-05)
- Aranda Bridge: IED Popular Culture School (Carrera 51 #31S-18)
- Rafael Uribe: Gustavo Restrepo IED School (Carrera 12H Bis # 28C – 24 Sur)
Schools for the day of Sunday, February 26:
- Kennedy: INEM Francisco de Paula Santander IED School (Calle 38C sur # 79-08)
- Enter: Robert F Kenndy FDI College (Boyaca Avenue # 64 H – 39)
- Tunjuelito: City of Bogotá School IED (Carrera 25 # 53 B – 32 Sur)
Families who attend are recommended to be punctual in the appointment, bring the identity documents of both the student and the guardian; and a utility bill from your place of residence.
