Kodaikanal :- The green comet that appeared in the sky after fifty thousand years could not be seen in Kodaikanal of Dindigul district due to fog.

A green comet has been detected by the Zoowiki telescope. The comet orbits the Sun on Jan. 12 and comes closest to Earth on Feb. 1.

This can be seen with the naked eye. This is being studied by the scientists of the Indian Astrophysics Center using a spectroscope. They try to film from 4:00 am till dawn.

The scientists are of the opinion that cloud cover will reduce the chance of capturing the image while an attempt has been made at the Kodaikanal Astrophysics Centre.

Astrophysics Center scientist Ebenezer said, “We are going to study the star in ௩ month. We are also going to study the basic theory of comets, geological biological ideologies,” he said.
