Kallakurichi: The traffic police recovered the ‘Maniparsai’ lying down in Kallakurichi and handed it over to the rightful owner.
Kallakurichi Traffic Sub-Inspector Dharmaraj and the police were engaged in regulating the vehicles in the four-way junction area yesterday afternoon. Then they found ‘money purse’ lying on the ground in the area and took it.
It contained documents including Rs.10,000 cash, Aadhaar, ration and voter ID card.

When the traffic police went to the woman’s address, Amuda cried saying that her purse was missing. The police then brought Amuda to the Traffic Police Help Center at the four-way junction area, interrogated her and gave her money.
