Serbia’s Defense Ministry announced today that it has increased the presence of military police patrols in the squares, parks and streets of major cities.
There are also military police patrols in shopping malls, railway stations, the Belgrade Fair and other busy places.
Based on the conclusions of the National Security Council, the Serbian Armed Forces, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Services, are taking precautionary measures and preventive actions to increase the security of the citizens, facilities and institutions of the Republic of Serbia, the Serbian Ministry said in a statement on defense.
