Set up call forwarding from the landline to the cell phone
You can set up call forwarding from your landline to your mobile phone using so-called key codes. This works regardless of what kind of phone you use.
To do this, start a call with your landline phone. The key code to dial differs depending on the scenario for which you want to set up call forwarding. There are basically three different use cases:
- Instant forwarding go incoming calls: *21*Destination number#
- Forwarding at Nichtannahme of the call: *61*Destination number#
- Forwarding at occupied Connection: *67*Destination number#
The destination phone number is the phone number on which you want to receive the redirected calls. So if you want to receive landline calls on your cell phone, enter your corresponding cell phone number.
After you have dialed the appropriate key code, you will hear an announcement over the receiver. As soon as you have hung up, call forwarding is active.
A notice: In the second case, i.e. if the call is not accepted, you can also specify how long your landline phone should ring before the call is forwarded. To do this, add any time value in seconds between 5 and 60 to the key code according to the following pattern: *61*Destination number*Time value#
How to deactivate call forwarding again
If you would like to deactivate your call forwarding again, you can do this using keypad codes. The three use cases described above also apply to this:
- Instant forwarding go Disable incoming calls: #21#
- Forwarding at Nichtannahme deactivate the call: #61#
- Forwarding at occupied Deactivate connection: #67#
Once again, an announcement will be made over the receiver after the election. After you hang up, call forwarding is deactivated again.

The costs for forwarding the call are usually based on the tariff you choose for your landline connection. As a result, you pay the same per-minute prices as if you were calling yourself on your cell phone from a landline. The original caller, however, continues to bear the costs for his call to your landline number.
