It is learned that the last 2019 film ‘Prisoner’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Karthi was a huge success and the scenes were set to make the next part at the end of the film.
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is currently directing ‘Vikram’, which is currently being produced and starred by Kamal Haasan, has said that he has completed the script work for ‘Prisoner 2’ and will start shooting for ‘Prisoner 2’ once ‘Vikram’ is completed.
Karthi and Narain, who starred in ‘Prisoner’, are also expected to star in ‘Prisoner 2’. The film is being produced by Dream Warrior Pictures and is expected to launch in the middle of next year.
It is also rumored that Lokesh Kanagaraj will direct Commander Vijay’s next film after the completion of ‘Prisoner 2’.
