More than one million people, 80% of Kutxabank’s individual clients, will enjoy free maintenance on Visa Dual accounts and cards starting next January 15, and will be able to make online transfers and deposit national checks at no cost.
This new model, which focuses on customers, simplifies the catalog of accounts and adapts the free profile to minimum connection conditions, as reported by the bank.
Consequently, the elimination of commissions will be a reality for all those under 30 years of age, without the need to meet any type of requirement. In this way, they will have access to free accounts and cards, as well as the entire range of ‘Korner’ debit and credit cards. In the case of those over thirty, it will be enough for them to have their payroll directly deposited until they are 34 years old.
Kutxabank customers between 35 and 64 years old will obtain these free conditions when they keep their payroll domiciled in Kutxabank and make five purchases per quarter with any of the financial institution’s cards. Finally, people over 65 years of age will not pay commissions just as long as they have their pension direct deposited.
