Disney fans around the world are looking for and finding creative ways to incorporate the magical and imaginative world into their lives. In recent days, a sensational news item has been published on the official Disney website that will completely change the lifestyle of those who choose to take advantage of it – a new city that is all about the beloved legends. “We have great news to share! We are announcing Disney’s StoryLiving program that includes vibrant new neighborhoods designed with our own magic brand. Each community will be part of a uniquely designed space and will be provided with all the services of the international brand,” wrote Hansel Hunter, PR director’s blog. Disney.

The planned prices of the homes have not been announced, but a Disney spokesman said they will be determined by the contractor and based on market conditions. The Brancho Mirage neighborhood will be spread over an area of 97 dunams, will include 1,900 housing units and will offer Disney-related activities throughout the year. Coutino will also include shopping centers, restaurants and a beach hotel, and its residents will be able to join a local club that will give them access to shoreline clubs and other beach and sea activities. According to the report, the company is already looking for additional locations in the U.S. to establish additional neighborhoods.
