Coalition member Musi Raz of Meretz rejects the comparison of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett between Ayman Odeh and Itamar Ben Gvir and Benjamin Netanyahu, and says that unlike them, Odeh strives for peace.
Raz referred to what Bennett wrote in a letter he distributed this morning to Israeli citizens and wrote: “The comparison between Ayman Odeh, who supports peace and equality, and Ben Gvir, Smutritz and Netanyahu is outrageous.”
As mentioned, on the one-year anniversary of the formation of the government, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett issued a letter to the public this morning in which he explains the process of forming a government with the left-wing parties and the RAAM party, and accuses the right of inciting and sending journalists against coalition members.
Among other things, Bennett wrote: “There is only one side currently operating on the field – a noisy and deadly poisoning machine of Ben Gvir, Odeh, Netanyahu and Smutrich, which uses violence, extortion and mass Pike News, while the silent majority who are happy with a calm and functioning government, is still silent and taking “Everything is obvious. If we do not want to fall back – we must all take action. This letter is the call to action.”
