On October 28, a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Cinema and Performance Organization Center said that TNA Entertainment – the actor’s company Truong Ngoc Anh – Fully paid the debt to the center on October 21 after sending many official letters committing to repay the debt on time.
The Ho Chi Minh City Cinema and Performance Organization Center is conducting procedures to withdraw the lawsuit Truong Ngoc Anh’s company after receiving the full amount of 324.3 million VND (excluding fines).
The Ho Chi Minh City Cinema and Performance Organization Center filed a lawsuit against TNA Entertainment Company (actor Truong Ngoc Anh as representative) to the People’s Court of Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City on May 3. The center required Truong Ngoc Anh’s company to pay the principal and contract violation fees with a total amount of 360.8 million VND.

The lawsuit states that TNA Entertainment Co., Ltd. and the Ho Chi Minh City Cinema and Performance Organization Center signed a contract to organize the event Ceremony Welcome – Hello Miss Earth 2023 at the Ho Chi Minh City Theater on December 1, 2023. The two parties signed the contract acceptance record on December 3, 2023 and signed the contract liquidation record on December 15, 2023.
The Ho Chi Minh City Cinema and Performance Organization Center said it completed coordination with Truong Ngoc Anh’s company to organize the program in accordance with the contract terms. However, TNA Entertainment do not pay on time. The Center sent three written requests for payment before deciding to sue.
TNA Entertainment sent an official dispatch to the center, requesting to pay the amount of 324.3 million VND in several installments and continuously sending official dispatches asking for debt extension.
The company represented by Truong Ngoc Anh committed to pay 45 million VND on May 23, 96 million VND on June 17 and the remainder on July 15.
In July, the Ho Chi Minh City Cinema and Performance Organization Center said it only received 141 million VND. TNA Entertainment did not pay 183.3 million VND as committed (July 15).
On July 16, Truong Ngoc Anh continued to send an official dispatch requesting to extend the payment of 183.3 million VND into two installments on August 15 and September 15. The center only received the full amount on October 21, one month later than committed in the official dispatch.
