The new Ford Pro Tourneo Custom is designed to enhance the experience of multi-activity vehicles, both for personal and professional use, offering ample space for up to nine occupants. The new model debuts a premium feature set which include ultra-modular rear seats mounted on rails, hands-free power side doors, B&O audio system, panoramic glass roof, and an innovative tilt steering wheel that allows for a table or work surface.
Comfort levels have also been improved thanks to greater refinement and the dynamic behavior offered by this new generation. Optimized chassis architecture with independent rear suspension delivers a new level of ride comfort and greater stability, supported by the smooth shifting of the new eight-speed automatic transmission option.
As part of the most complete Tourneo Custom range to date, this new model can be configured with the latest generation of Ford EcoBlue diesel engines, which deliver powers of 136 HP, 150 HP and 170 HP, as well as the all-new plug-in hybrid version, or like the 100% electric E-Tourneo Custom that equips a 64 kWh battery (usable) and a 160 kW motor to achieve a range of up to 325 km. Diesel models are already in production, and customers can now reserve the new Tourneo Custom plug-in hybrid for delivery from spring 2024, with the E-Tourneo Custom planned to follow in summer 2024.

The sophisticated yet practical design continues inside the vehicle, where the elegant two- or three-seat front cabin offers a significant step forward in technology and comfort. The dashboard features an ergonomic 13-inch central touchscreen with Ford’s SYNC 4 infotainment system, with wireless compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as standard. The central display is complemented by a new digital instrument panel to create an intuitive and user-focused cockpit.

The improved interior specifications begin with a new, flexible seating system on rails in the second and third rows, offering maximum adaptability when organizing cabin space for people and luggage. The seats can be moved forward or backward along toothed rails fixed to the floor of the rear cabin, or can be removed completely. The three seats in the second row can each move independently, while those in the third have a two-seat/one-seat split.

The new seats are lighter than those of the previous model, and the second row has integrated seat belts, so reconfiguration of the cabin – even in a meeting arrangement for six people, unique in its class – can be done faster and easier. ISOFIX anchors are available on all three seats in the second row, as well as on the two outboard seats in the third row.
The luxurious interior equipment includes other new features for customers to personalize their vehicle and improve their travel experience, such as a large panoramic glass roof that increases the feeling of space and light for passengers, with infrared treatment to help maintain the Cool interior when sunlight is intense. The electrically operated sliding side doors also feature a hands-free system. The doors can be opened by a simple movement with the foot near the front wheel, making it easier to access the vehicle while loading boxes or heavy luggage.
