LLC “DV Capital” was registered in February of this year, Alexey Yanchishin is indicated as the owner of 100% of shares in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. On the DV Capital website, Olga Paskina and Yanchishin are mentioned as co-founders and partners. Paskina herself explained to Vedomosti that now she and Yanchishin have 50% each in LLC, the documents for re-registration have already been submitted. LLC DV Capital performs the function of a corporate center for an investment company, Paskina noted.
Pascina is a renowned media manager. She headed the Profmedia holding, the Russian division of Discovery Networks, in 2016–2021. worked as the general director of the National Media Group (NMG).
