jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Prawira Harum Bandung basketball team is confident when appearing in the 2024 Asian Basketball Champions League (BCL) Qualification.

David Singleton’s squad did not make any changes by relying on their three foreign players, namely Brandone Francis, Antonio Hester and James Gist.

Prawira’s assistant coach, Nico Donnda, revealed that the team from the city of Flowers is ready to make Indonesia proud at the Asian level.

In this event, Prawira could actually add foreign players to complete the five quotas allowed by the organizing committee.

With a squad that is not much different from the 2023 IBL champions, Donna is optimistic that his team can compete and go far in BCL Asia 2024.

“BCL 2024 is very important. Now we can feel like champions representing Indonesia and Bandung to compete in Asia. “I’m sure the players will be happy with this experience because it’s not for everyone,” said the man who was born on July 3 1981.

At the 2024 BCL Asia Qualification event, Prawira Bandung was in Group A with NS Matrix Deers (Malaysia), Hong Kong Eastern (Hong Kong), and Tenuun Olziy Metal Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia).

Seeing the lottery results, Donnda hopes that the players can focus on finalizing their preparations for the next week.
