The pedophilia case at Rambam Hospital: The Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Criminal) today (Thursday) submitted to the City Magistrate’s Court an indictment against Oren Hannaiv (28) from Kiryat Yam for sexual offenses. This, after he photographed a woman’s genitals while she was anesthetized before surgery, and also took nude pictures of a minor and sent them to his friend. In addition, the accused possessed thousands of images and videos of a sexual nature of minors.
The indictment filed by attorney Tal Banai Gat states that during September of this year, when Haneinev was serving as an assistant in an operation at Rambam Hospital, he took a picture of the patient’s genitalia while she was being anesthetized for the operation.
In addition, several months before, the accused photographed a minor about four years old naked after a shower. It also appears that Hannaiv sent, through the Telegram application, to his friend Danil Ya’akov, obscene videos in the image of a minor and also possessed many thousands of photos and videos in which minors and minors appear fully or partially naked, in some of which the minors are seen having sex with adults and/or minors, and even with animals.
In the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, which was submitted at the same time, attorney Tal Banai Gat stated that “the obscene act he committed was carried out on a young woman who was anesthetized for surgery, in a blatant violation of the trust placed in him as part of his role as the aforementioned brother to assist in the aforementioned surgery. The photograph of the naked minor was taken at his home, a place where the minor should feel safe and comfortable, also in violation of the trust placed in him.”
Heinev was charged with the offenses of indecent act on a woman while taking advantage of the woman’s unconscious state, the offense of using the body of a minor to make obscene publication, the offense of publishing obscenity with the image of a minor, possession and consumption of obscene publication with the image of a minor.
