The beginning of the sending of events related to information regarding labor processes will not occur on 04/1/2023, as reported by Portal Contábeis.
The new date for the entry into production of these events will soon be announced, from which the corresponding FGTS Collection Guide and Social Security Information (GFIP) will be replaced by the Declaration of Federal Tax Debts and Credits from Social Security and from Other Entities and Funds (DCTFWeb).
Normative Instruction of the RFB, regulating the replacement of the GFIP-Complaint by DCTFWeb, will establish the verification period from which the information referring to condemnatory or homologating decisions issued by the Labor Court must be declared in the DCTFWeb.
