The court ruled that the prisoner Gabriel Monteiro
posted a retraction note on social media at an average of one UPA

. The accused of rape used phrases against the honor of the professional, according to the sentence.
At the beginning of last year, doctor Emilia Fraga Van Tilburg, who works in Complexo do Alemão, was verbally attacked by the former councilor from Rio de Janeiro. Monteiro visited the health unit, caused confusion in an alleged UPA inspection and used heavy words against the health professional.
“Faced with such a posture, this note withdraws and records that Dr. Emilia is a doctor with an unblemished and professional conduct who would never commit negligence in her service. In this opportunity, he makes it clear that all doctors, in fact, are heroes”, says an excerpt from the note.
The 34th Criminal Court of Rio de Janeiro decreed the preventive detention of the former councilor in November last year in a case to which he responds for rape.
The abuse allegedly took place on July 15. A woman said that, after meeting Gabriel at the Vitrinni nightclub, in Barra da Tijuca, West Zone of Rio, she was taken to the house of a friend of Monteiro, in Joá, in the South Zone and was raped.
According to the victim, at the scene, the former parliamentarian would have used violence to have sex with her, including showing a gun, pushing her on the bed, holding her arms and slapping the victim’s face. He would also have forced intercourse without using a condom, despite the woman’s pleas.
The former councilor is also accused of committing other sexual crimes, including filming intimate relationships with a minor and, therefore, was impeached. He is accused of moral harassment against advisors and forging situations to produce content on his social networks. Monteiro responds to all these crimes in court.
He had his mandate revoked in August last year.

Faced with such a posture, this note withdraws and records that Dr. Felipe is a doctor with an unblemished and professional conduct who would never commit negligence in the service. In this opportunity he makes it clear that all doctors, in fact, are heroes'”
