One of the convertible Bulgarian volleyball coaches, Radoslav Arsov, debuted with a convincing victory at the head of the Levski women’s team.

In the first 1/32-final of the European club Challenge Cup tournament, the “blues” decisively defeated the Slovakian “Nitra” with 3:0 in the “Levski Sofia” hall.

The top scorer for the victory was Mikaela Stoyanova with 14 points. Argentina’s Guadalupe Ramella added 12, with 4 being kickoffs.

The Polish distributor Silvia Kuharska finished with 5 blocks, who scored 8 points.

The development of the match allowed Arsov to give a chance to all his players against “Nitra”. For the Slovakian team, this was the third match of the season, and in the first 2 he recorded clean victories in the local championship.

The second leg in Nitra is in a week.

“It was a pleasure for me to record an official match in this wonderful hall. People came to support us, and I hope that with the positive results it will become more and more.

I don’t know if we pressed the opponent from the start or if this is his level, but let’s give him his due. He fought as hard as he could.

The girls played the match very concentrated and fulfilled everything set. We gave everyone a chance to taste the atmosphere of the European matches,” commented Arsov.
