Following the demolition of the yeshiva buildings in the town of Chumash in Samaria, the Regavim movement mentioned this morning (Friday) that, as of 2021, there are 72,274 illegal Arab buildings built in Judea and Samaria in recent years. According to aerial photographs mapping, in the last two years seven new and illegal structures have been added daily. All of these buildings were erected in Area c, just like the Chumash Yeshiva.
“The decision of the Bennett government to selectively enforce and demolish the yeshiva buildings in Chumash, and even after the heinous murder of yeshiva student Yehuda Dimentman, is selective enforcement par excellence. This is a purely political act, not an event of law enforcement,” the Regavim movement said.
“Worse than non-enforcement of the law, is its selective enforcement. But in this case, it is not only selective enforcement, but also the awarding of a reward to Arab terrorism. “Arab terrorist activity will lead to selective enforcement against Jewish settlement.”
