The song “Özünlə apar” by Azerbaijani representatives at the international song contest “Eurovision 2024” Fahree (Fakhri Ismailov) and Ilkin Dovlatov received more than 1,000,000 views on the official channel of the competition on YouTube, Day.Az reports with reference to Trend.
“Last night my song surpassed 1 million views. I have a lot of thoughts since yesterday, but they all lead to gratitude. Thank you to everyone who gave me this joy,” Fahree wrote on his Instagram page.
Let us remind you that the song with which Azerbaijan will be represented at the Eurovision 2024 international song contest was presented on March 15. The composition “Özünlə apar” combines a synthesis of modern pop music and traditional ethnic motifs. The author of the song is Fahree (Fakhri Ismailov), Mado Salih, Edgar Ravin, Hasan Heydar and Mila Miles also worked on the competition song.
The international song contest “Eurovision 2024” will be held in the Swedish city of Malmo. The semi-finals will take place on May 7 and 9, and the final on May 11. Representatives of Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2024 – Fahree and Ilkin Dovlatov will perform number 12 in the second part of the first semi-final.
