The insurance company “Rosgosstrakh” returned 400 thousand rubles. the family of a schoolboy who was hit by a train in Solnechnogorsk in 2019. This was reported by the press service of the company, RIA Novosti reports.
The press service of Rosgosstrakh also noted that the company apologized to the relatives of the deceased boy.
“Rosgosstrakh” is now actively working on setting up internal processes in order to maximally take into account the social and ethical aspects of the issue in recourse penalties, “the statement says.

The accident in question occurred in November 2019 on the railway tracks in the Moscow region in Solnechnogorsk, at the Povarovo station. A 15-year-old schoolboy was crossing the tracks on a ground crossing and did not notice the approaching high-speed train “Swallow”. The teenager died from his injuries before the arrival of an ambulance.
