Bangalore: In the wake of the Kovid Omikron variant, Karnataka has made RTPCR negative certificate mandatory for visitors from Kerala. Certificate of inspection should be produced within 72 hours.

In addition to the Kovid vaccination, a negative certificate is also mandatory. It is also a must for visitors from Maharashtra.

The government has also directed that students from Kerala must undergo RTPCR examination within the last 15 days.

Karnataka Health Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that international travelers arriving at the Bangalore airport will be subjected to strict monitoring and screening. Sudhakar K responded.
